Addis Property Hub ("APH", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Addis Property Hub mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

• Location Data: We use GPS technology to determine your current location to show property listings near you and provide mapping services. You can enable or disable location services through your device settings at any time.

APH uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To notify you about changes to our Service or new property listings via Push Notifications.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service (such as "Favoriting" properties).
• To provide customer support and process inquiries to Real Estate Partners.
• To monitor the usage of the Service and detect technical issues.

The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption in Transit: All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive information such as authentication tokens are stored using hardware-backed encryption (Keystore/Keychain) on your device.
• Internal Access: Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel based on role-based access controls.

4. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service:

• Google Maps: Used for geo-spatial property mapping.
• Expo/Firebase: Used for delivering Push Notifications.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the "Delete Account" feature within the app or by contacting our support team.

6. Legal Compliance

We comply with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Data Protection Proclamation and the Digital Ethiopia 2025 strategy regarding the collection and processing of PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
